This position reports to the NY Community Manager and is a part of the Operations team who works from the shared space/offices of our properties. You’ll be responsible for meeting KPI’s and maintaining member satisfaction for our New York members.

The job includes weekends when needed, overseeing cleaning crews, porter/handyman, building upgrade projects, vendors and property management team, and events execution and member engagement.

Employee reviews will occur on a quarterly basis.

These will be your tasks

Move-ins and move-outs

Support requests (Zendesk tickets, Slack, phone calls)

Members conflict resolution

Daily engagement with members and residents

Vendor management (cleaning, handyman, repairs, preventive maintenance, etc)

Accounting - members related issues

Google review optimization and Quarterly NPS

Create and implement company standards

Create, execute and budget large scale monthly events schedule. You will own and run these events

You're offering these qualifications

You are pleasant, courteous and understand what it takes to keep our members satisfied and happy. You have relevant experience in customer service, hospitality and operations.

Ideally, you also have relevant qualifications or education.

You know your way around basic building operations and systems

You can handle multiple issues, problems and stakeholders at once while staying organized

You communicate well and know how to convey feedback and ensure that is taken seriously

You can work autonomously.
